SAWM
Hadith Qudsi: Every deed of the son of Adam is for himself except for fasting, as it is indeed for me and I myself will recompense it.

Hadith: Many a fasting person, there is not for him from his fast except hunger and many a standing person (in Prayer) there is not for
him from his standing (in prayer) except sleeplessness.

Dua for ending fast:

 ُ‫ – اَللّهُمّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَ عَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْت‬O Allah! For you I fasted and with your provision I end my fast.
 ‫ وَ ثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إنْ شَاءَ ال‬،ُ‫ وَ ابْتَلّتِ الْعُرُوْق‬،ُ‫ – ذَهَبَ الظّمَأ‬The thirst is quenched, the veins are moistened and
the reward is established, if Allaah wills.
