"nce students have said all the words, teacher will e#plain that she will be giving clues to work wall words. ! ! $sing transitions, students will be asked to get writing journals. "nce students are sitting %uietly, teacher will then begin to give clues to help students deter ine the word wall word. ! ! Students have write down a guess for what they think the word ight be.

"n the s art board, there will be a picture of a s iley face with two eyes but the outh is issing.

Student will have to put the first letter of the word that they guessed in the right eye and the last letter of the word in the left eye.

Students will then have to spell the word to co plete the s iley face. The alphabet will be given at the botto of the s art board.

Students will have to drag the letters on the s art board that spell the word wall word to ake the s ile of the s iley face.

Students will then be asked to write a sentence for each word wall word for the week in their writing journals. !
