School Review
3. Administrationwill provide more observation and review of faculty with structured plans for improvement from those not performing to expectations.

Focus Area #5:
Student Support
Goals:
1. A clear, consistent school-wide Positive Behavior Plan will be created and implemented.

Services will include tutoring during advisory or projects' periods, scaffolding strategies, more student voice and opportunities to think before they are asked to speak.

2. Specific plan the school will implement April to June and July to June 2013 to reach their
goals and implement their plan.
