Narrative Guideline
I needed to make some orders for my IT technicians to finish building the device. To eliminate the strain of manufacturing and time constraint of producing my product, it was much easier to order some of what I needed from; Kimberly-Clark and 3M Innovative Technology for a changing world Co. to build my product. I made specifications as to how I wanted them manufactured. I referred to two outputs: My external transaction as being my Purchases Order and my Delivery Note as being my turnaround transactions.

Narrative Guideline I needed to have proof of payment for the items purchased from Kimberly Clark and 3M. One of the specifics of running a company is valid proof of documentation. These two documents namely cash receipts serves as valid proof that my purchases were paid for in cash with no outstanding balance. For future references the cash receipt would be a guideline should there be an increase in the products. This would better help me to value my products.
