!! The foot has 26 Bones, 33 joints, and 100 plus muscles, tendons, and ligaments !! 20 of those muscles are what gives the foot its shape by holding the bones in position !! A pair counts for ! of all the bones in you body !! Feet are the farthest body part from the heart !! Feet sustain several tons of pressure (in a one-mile run) and provides flexibility and resiliency
