They are the foundation of your body and have a direct affect on most aspects of your health, but commonly are the most ignored part until your in pain. !! Feet have two key functions

Have you heard of Pronation?


Pronation of the foot refers to how the body distributes weight as it cycles through the gait. During the gait cycle the foot can pronate in many different ways based on rearfoot and forefoot function. Types of pronation include neutral pronation, supination, and overpronation.
