How much will it cost per year? Where will these apps be available? Will there be security for these apps? How secure will it be? How much is security going to cost? Whats the biggest problem? Is it going to be regulated? What are the files backed up to? What data protection strategies are there? Do we provide customer service? How long should it be provided? Is it going to be extra money? Can people trust this startup? Can you impose a billing limit? What are the softwares capabilities? How long do you have each app? Is there a limit you can set to how much youre billed? Is billing per use beneficial?

What will decide the pricing of each app? Can you get a deal if you buy the app for more than just one year Will we have to find investors to help the startup? What funding will we need to startup? Could we write in the clouds for advertising? What are some creative ways to advertise? How effective can we be with a partner? What type of business would be a good partner? Would a good business improve our reputation? Would a security company help improve our credibility? What happens if there is a data loss? Is there anything we cant provide our customers with by using the cloud? Can the login be condensed to just one time? Is there any other company like this? Can this start up take off? What will it take for us to get customers? How are we going to get the apps? Whos going to make the apps? What are going to be the most popular apps? Are there going to be bundles? How is the website going to be organized? Can we have advertisements on our webpage? Will companies pay to have ads on our page? How can we make the site the most secure it can be? What do customers think of when they hear the cloud? What do most people like about the cloud technologies? What do most people dislike about the cloud technologies? How much money can we spend on advertising? Do we have to spend any money on advertising? Can advertising and security combine together? How many ads can we have on our page at a time? Do we want to have ads on our page? Are you limited to any number of apps? Are you limited to an amount of data usage? Is charging penalties/late fees effective? What time would launching this be most effective? What other devices besides a computer or phone can use it? How hard is it to create an app? How long does it take? Hits and Highlights: I always struggle with 100 questions because I get to about 25 then I get stuck for a little while, then I finally get to 50, and then 75 and then I cant think of anymore topics to talk about. Two questions that really stood out to me were #89 and 90 because it brings up the good point of if we are successful, what will our next step be? Is there room to grow in the business? A couple more questions that stick out to me are #47-49. They pretty much have to deal with partnerships and possibly getting a computer security company to protect our customers data. Our prospective customer is very diverse so it matters how we set up the website as well as if we do bundles for certain applications and security. As #19-21 point out, the point of this company is to save use this new cloud technology and bring everything we used to use up to speed so it eliminates the hassle of hard drives and other storage devices. It would also make it easier and you would save both time and money by using the cloud. A final decision we are going to have to make is if companies are allowed to purchase space to advertise on our page. It would give us both recognition and money for operating activities. I really like the ideas of both a commercial and referrals because commercials are very effective if done right and referrals can be worth a lot to your customers so they are going to try and get as many people as they can signed up. Finally, a student package would be very helpful to college students especially at a discounted price. It would be much easier because you wouldnt need to bring your computer, its charger and all your books around with you. It would be on your phone or tablet as well as the website so you can save needed energy as a scholar.
