OBJECTIVE To obtain an entry-level position in a research company concentrating in the Biomedical fields. EDUCATION Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, B.S. Pennsylvania State University GPA: 3.75.

Related Course Work: Laboratory in Proteins, Nucleic Acids, and Molecular Cloning, Laboratory in Protein Purification and Enzymology, and Model Systems and Approaches in Cell Biology Inquiry.

RELATED EXPERIENCE Undergraduate Research Position under Dr. Allen January 2012 to Present T. Phillips Developed experimental designs to characterize the size and structure of hutD in Pseudomonas putida.

Designed and conducted assays to determine the function of hutD in Pseudomonas putida. Worked independently on experiments and analyses of results. Partook in weekly lab meetings to collaborate with other workers to share results and insights on various projects.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant Fall 2011 Responsible for helping the set-up of laboratory experiments in an introductory Microbiology lab.

Answered students questions and assisted in experiments.

OTHER EXPERIENCE Student Tutor Morgan Academic Support Center for Student Athletes Aided students in their studies in Biology, Chemistry, and Statistics.
