Allison designed effective lessons based on student interests and learning styles. She preassessed and retaught concepts when appropriate. She also used brain based lesson techniques to facilitate learning and pique student interest. Her lessons were well thought out and implemented effectively.

Allison used common signals and techniques put in place by me to guide her discipline practices. She followed up when appropriate and quietly, yet effectively dealt with any problems that arose.

Allison made a strong connection with my class. They responded to her with respect and loved her lessons. She lead the class effectively and gave them respect in turn.

A strength for Allison is evaluating student performance and reporting such findings in a timely manner to the student. She was terrific at guiding instruction to expected learning outcomes and then evaluating student performance. She took regulat notes of student work to keep a close eye on their daily performance. If need be, she redesigned a lesson for the purpose of reteaching. Excellent job!

Allison is the ultimate professional in all ways. She was very collegial with all members of the Centerville staff. She was a contributing member at our grade level collaborations by taking notes and offering ideas for lesson planning or assessment. She corresponded with parents effectively in person and by newsletter, and established relationships with my students and many of their families. She would be a trusted and contributing faculty member at any school!
