In a journal article by Haley Jones (2013), he clearly say that interaction between people face-to-face this communication totally has changed by the technology. He specific clarify that social media is harming peoples ability to interact between each other they dont get out they send more time in this social medias that they lose hot to interact with people and usually when the people that are good talking with people in first person they use social medias as an extra to interact with people or only get into a page just to watch funny post and pictures. Jones clarify that social media has pros and contrast, social media can be a excellent and unique way to interact with the people. As is own experience says that he is a person that face-to face person but he also have friends that arent good interacting with the people that are around them. Study show that a student from high school with problematic use of internet usually is most violent and that usually get into too much trouble or even carry a weapon. He said also say that society must continue to interacting face-to-face that has to be a main source of communication between society and family. According to Forbes Magazine just as Haley Jones say in his article 7 % of the communication is in verbal word. And the other percent is interacting with non verbal such as body language, gestures, eye contact and mimics. This is the new world in were media have a lot of interaction in our daily lives.. He gave statistics about social networks that are interesting. Facebook report to have 1.11 billion active users, instagram has 100 million users, and Twitter had 200 million active users this social networks had been increasing during the last years and they would continue to do so but do we need this social medias, do we really are in a need to

have social medias around ourselves or is it just because everyone else have one and we want to not fall behind so that no one tell us nothing.

What effect does the media have in our understanding of freedom of speech The interviewer Linda Stephanie said that the media have a lot of influence in our environment because news arent that completely informative to the viewers she saw so news international comment about other countries news that describe the news as a not complete news. Not only that but they try to secretly trying to occult so information to the people so that people wouldnt start a chaos any unnecessary information can damage the government or even the economy as well. The government just gives certain information to keep control of the people in their countries. Otherwise in philosophy talk an online page clearly talks that government eager the people to give their opinion and by the first amendment, every single person have the right in the United States to speak without any restriction whatever they think. But also having a thought is very close related to an action. For example as the speaker of this discussion online said that are some limited he clearly talks that you cant go to a movie theater and shout there is fire because of course every will freak out and start screaming that how he said that for a thought also relate to action. The special guest Geoffrey Stone, Professor of Law from the University of Chicago just as Ken the conductor of this discussion said that every person can seek for information to learn more all opinions on matters of public policy. But there is always a debate in how much does the freedom speech has to be in a time free. The idea that eh government can decide what is a opinions form a person is really a bad and dangerous idea.

Or even TV covers politician scandals just for a mass entertainment. Balkin said that informational transparency can be spate by three different political virtues. The first that he mentions in his essay is the informational transparency which represents the knowledge about how the government acts, take decisions. The other one is participatory transparency this is more active you can take action and participate in a political decision through a fair representation. The last one is the accountability transparency the ability to rights this means that when a government official violates your rights you have rights to oppose.
