The Diamond Model

I selected Diamonds model because it fit the context and structure of my work. It reflects the two phased approach we used and mirrored our thinking as we began this project: considering the effectiveness of existing strategies and thinking in terms of an ideal solution without regard for existing constraints. In addition, this model can be used in developing each unit of the training. The Diamond model, clearly represents a philosophy and theory as outlined in our readings, but this model is also aligned to my project in context, and approach.
