If the media player is displayed in skin mode: click on the icon to switch to full mode. The full mode is needed to get the menus. In the Windows media player menu: Click Tools. In the Tools menu: Click Options. In the Options dialog: Click the Performance Tab. In the Configure Player Performance: Click the Advanced button. In the Video Acceleration Settings: Check the box "Use Video mixing rendering". Click OK. On the Options dialog: Click OK. A Windows media player information dialog is displayed: Click YES.
