> Relevance/timeliness/necessity/practicality/beneficiality- 3-5 paragraphs

> Beneficiaries of the study findings: WHO/ WHAT/ HOW they can benefit from the study and

its findings 3 to 5 paragraphs

4. The Variables and their indicators and the relationship of the variables if necessary: Classify into Independent and Dependent variables if there is a need.

5. Assumptions/Hypothesis

6. Theory/Legal maxims/Doctrines and principles of law that may be applied in your study.
