January 23, 2014 RE: Lakeisha Jackson To Whom It May Concern: My name is Lisa Predovich and I serve as Senior

Program Officer, College Support Services for the College Success Foundation (CSF). I have known Lakeisha Jackson since the spring of 2007. In the almost 7 years I have known Lakeisha I have seen that she is highly respected among our colleagues throughout the state. She has been able to demonstrate follow-through and accountability in all projects she takes on which speaks to the professional reputation she has cultivated. In particular, Lakeisha and I had a unique opportunity to develop programming together while she worked at CSF. In this experience she led a great deal of the curriculum development for a program on Storytelling that she then facilitated to groups of CSF scholarship recipients. The topics she focused on ranged from strategic sharing to public speaking and the feedback from participants and community/campus partners was unparalleled. It became one of the most popular and sought after programs offered by CSF. She was later invited to campuses around the state to facilitate this program and offer the experience to more students. This experience demonstrates Lakeishas thoughtful planning, attention to detail, understanding of learning theory and ability to connect with and serve with students and campus partners. Given my work with executive administrators across Washington, I have no doubt that Lakeisha will be successful in the field of student affairs as she is: forward thinking, innovative and collaborative. In working toward the ideal, you will find that Lakeisha has been shaped by the practice of servant leadership; she can lead and knows how to follow, is deliberative, and is considerate of the whole system in orchestrating change. Lakeisha has a clear ethic of care and is guided by a commitment to student learning, student success, and supporting student entry and completion. Lakeisha is open to possibilities and works tirelessly to support students and their well-being---a necessary requisite for anyone working in higher education. My work at the College Success Foundation affords me ongoing contact with many of the Student Services of the community colleges and universities in Washington. Without reservation, Lakeisha is among the top student services professionals I have worked with. I offer my highest recommendation for Lakeisha. Respectfully,

Lisa M. Predovich, M.Ed.
