ABSTRACT Ten Step to Successful Breeastfeeding is an goverment attempt to increase the Exclusive Breastfeeding program.

Cibabat Public Hospital Policy no 445 year 2005 about Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and optimize breastfeeding is the policy which support the Ten Step to Successful Breeastfeeding program which must be implemented by all employees, particularly health workers in providing health service. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Maternal and Child Health program in Early Initiation of Breastfeeding breastfeeding in Cibabat Public Hospital. The method used in this study is an observational method, and the design of the study using cross-sectional design. Research data retrieved from the primary data result of the observations. Results of this study showed that the implementatition of Eary Initiation of Breasfeeding program is 10%, rooming-in program is 60%, breastfeeding on demand program is 25%, and give no artifiical teats is 0%. Conclusions from this study is the implementation of the fourth Maternal and Child Health program at Cibabat Public Hospital was was not well-performed, although the health worker have a good manner to suport the program.
