Rectification of undulation at Dumila junction km0+000 to km 0+100 Reflectors on guard rails Comments Provide capping at top of side wall of lined ditch on shop side with 10cm thick and 20cm width Contractor clarify on how is going to perform the work or use overlay method It was observed that no lock and its easily to be stolen, way forward be taken to make sure that cannot be removed freely Open the inlet so that water from water channel flow freely to the culvert and open the outlet at least to end of ROW so that likely siltation does not occur near the culvert Use template for lettering or numbering and resize the number for it to be easily seen Open and widen the outlet channel or make a pond after houses Cast concrete at inlet and outlet between the edge of surface dressing(shoulder edge) and head walls , cast concrete on top of gabions step and extend the concrete up to top of gabion adjoining the lined ditch Shift the two road sign so that the start and end of kitete sign are placed at the start of built area Provide stone pitching by extending to all area of side slope which are prone to erosion. This should be done to all access culvert which has got high embankment a At every junction with guard rail provide terminal end section Extend the gabion at the outlet to protect observed erosion at the embankment Put identification post in all place with service duct Reinstate the borrow pit and submit letter and drawing detail for fencing the borrow pit particularly on area 1:3 slope cannot be achieved Fill/block inlet and outlet of irrigation culvert provided for irrigation purposes, trim to level the side earth ditch for water flow
