AT THE VEGETABLE FARM

Alifs father, Encik Akmal , owns a large vegetables farm. Every weekend, Alif helps his father at the farm. There are many vegetables planted there. Encik Akmal sells the vegetables at the market.
Early in the morning, Alif will help his father to collect the chilies. The chilly is red in colour and it is very spicy. Alif does not like spicy food because it will make him cry.

Besides, there is also a type of vegetable that looks like an umbrella. This vegetable is called mushroom. Alif likes to eat mushroom soup and it is very delicious. In addition, there are also tomatoes in the farm. They are also red in colour like the chilies but the shape is round. The tomato is very sweet and juicy. Alif likes it very much.

There is also onion in the farm. This vegetable is purple in colour and is planted in the soil. Usually, when Alifs mother peel of its skin, her eyes will sore and teary.

Alif loves to help his father at the farm because he can learn a lot from there. It can also keep him healthy.

Moreover, Encik Akmal also plants cucumber in his farm. This vegetable is green in colour. It is juicy and crispy. Alif loves to eat it together with sandwich
Besides that, there are also carrots in the farm. These vegetables are orange in colour and planted in the soil. Alif will help Encik Kamal to pull out the carrots when they are ready to be eaten. Then, they will clean it first before they send them to the market . Alif likes to drink carrot juice and it is very healthy.
