PREFACE The heart is a vital organs for humans. Human with a healthy heart can

have a better life. It makes cardiovascular system is one of important element in the efforts to increase the quality of human resources, for the sake of realizing Indonesia's intelligent, productive, and competitive power in the international level. The younger generation as a leader in the future that will struggle for the fate of this nation is expected to demonstrate its role in developing understanding and enhance public knowledge of the importance of maintaining heart health. However it is frequently hit by the reality that most of them do not have access yet to the right and accurate information. Therefore, we intend to conduct an activity that is able to grow and develop students ' enthusiasm in the world of science and as a means to add a knowledge for all the community. Forms of scientific activities held by the Medical Student Excecutive Board of Sriwijaya University is to hold the olympiad, scientific papers, scientific essays, posters in public, and the quick smart competition. This brings the scientific theme of heart health because the knowledge about the urgency of the heart health in society is still low. Issues related to heart health often stem from a lack of information, understanding, and awareness to achieve good health itself. Through a series of activities of the Scientific Project and the Olympiad Of Sriwijaya 2013 under the auspices of the Ministry of education and the profession of Medical Students Executive Board of Sriwijaya University and Forum Kajian Ilmiah and Akademik of Sriwijaya University will be held a couple of branches of the national competition. This activity is expected to generate young thinkers who not only dedicated and competent in generating applicative works in the health field in Indonesia and across the each area specifically, but also can increase the participation of medical students throughout Indonesia in following scientific activities.

sponsor tunggal, maka perusahaan Anda dapat memanfaatkan sarana promosi yang telah disepakati melalui perjanjian berikut. Dengan dana sebesar total dana yang tercantum dalam anggaran dana yaitu sebesar Rp 380.925.500,00 (tiga ratus delapan puluh juta sembilan ratus dua puluh lima ribu lima ratus rupiah), perusahaan Anda dapat menjadi sponsor tunggal berikut : 1. Kesempatan sebagai sponsor pensdukung golongan II diberikan kepada perusahaan yang bersedia menyediakan dana sebesar 5-10% (Rp 19.046.275,00 Rp 38.092.550,00) Dengan kontraprestasi sebagai berikut :

1. Penscantuman logo/nama perusahaan pada : a. Spanduk pada bidang yang ditentukan b. Name tag panitia dan peserta pada bidang yang ditentukan c. 3. SPONSOR PENSDUKUNG TAMBAHAN

Kesempatan sebagai sponsor pensdamping tambahan diberikan kepada perusahaan yang bersedia menyediakan dana sebesar 3-5% (Rp 11.427.765,00 Rp 19.046.275,00 ) atau pensyediaan kebutuhan acara senilai yang tercantum. Dengan kontraprestasi sebagai berikut : 1. Penscantuman logo/nama perusahaan pada : a. Spanduk pada bidang yang ditentukan. b. Name tag panitia dan peserta pada bidang yang ditentukan. c. Sertifikat juri/pembicara, moderator, panitia, dan peserta pada bidang yang ditentukan 2. Diberikan LPJ kegiatan paling lambat 1 bulan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan.

SPONSOR KHUSUS Untuk beberapa perusahaan/instansi sejenis yang ingin berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan SPORA 2013 dalam bentuk jasa/alat/materi, panitia menawarkan bentuk kerja sama ke beberapa aspek yang cukup menarik, yaitu diantaranya :

Bentuk-bentuk kerja sama tersebut akan dinominalkan sesuai dengan anggaran dana yang tercantum dalam proposal ini, dan selanjutnya dapat menentukan jenis sponsor Saudara.

DONATUR Merupakan perusahaan, instansi, atau perorangan yang

memberikan bantuan dana bersifat sukarela di luar ketentuan yang terdapat pada bagian sponsorship. Fasilitas yang akan di dapat donatur adalah piagam pensghargaan dan pensyebutan nama perusahaan dalam acara pembukaan dan diberikan satu buah undangan untuk menghadiri acara pembukaan.

LOGO DAN NAMA PERUSAHAAN 1. Logo perusahaan yang dibutuhkan dalam sponsorship diserahkan paling lambat 1 bulan sebelum acara sebelum item yang ditentukan panitia. 2. Jika desain dari logo tersebut belum diterima hingga jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan, maka panitia akan menentukan sendiri dan desain sesuai yang ada di masyarakat atau yang sewajarnya.

KETENTUAN KESEPAKATAN 1. Pensawaran bentuk partisipasi yang berbeda dari pihak partisipan dapat dibicarakan lebih lanjut oleh kedua belah pihak
