The Pythagorean Theorem

The famous Pythagorean theorem is an equation to nd a missing length in a right triangle. The theorem states that that side A and side B of a right triangle squared equals C squared. In other words, the two sides closest to the right angle are sides A and B. The side opposite to the right angle is the hypotenuse and called C.
