In your opinion, what view of youth and old ages does Beowulf convey? In answering, not only the details in the last part of the poem but also the earlier portrayals of Beowulf and Hrothgar. Youth conveys the spirit of a strong and capable warrior. Old age conveys the weakness of a tired and old man who wants to be remembered by his deeds.
