distributing any material on the Greyside website located at

www.greysidegroup.com that infringes Triple Canopy, Inc.'s

copyrighted material.

under oath that all copies of infringing material have been

taken down and destroyed; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED Triple Canopy, Inc. shall be awarded

attorney's fees in the amount of $21,249.25 and costs of $777.50

(total costs requested minus the copyright registration fee).
