BAB I PENDAHULUAN

Concord dan Agreement Concord adalah kesesuaian (agreement) antara subjek (noun) dengan kata kerja (verb) atau kata kerja bantu (auxiliary) dalam suatu kalimat. Selain itu, concord juga merupakan persesuaian antara satu kata dengan kata lainnya (word agreement). Dalam concord apabila subjek yang digunakan adalah singular (tunggal), maka verb auxiliary dalam kalimat adalah tunggal, sedangkan apabila subjek yang digunakan adalah plural (jamak), maka verb auxiliary dalam kalimat adalah jamak.
