Attending the Kindergarten Fair is a great way to meet all the schools in one place, at one time! Meet current principals, teachers, students, parents and have all of your questions answered. All 33 Magnet, Neighborhood and Charter Elementary Schools, as well as representatives from the following Offices:
Magnet and Registration Office Head Start and School Readiness Bilingual Services Student Services Transportation Parent University New Haven Free Public Library Health Department

How to Enroll in Kindergarten: February 3March 14

Your Child must be 5 years old on or before January 1, 2015

> REGISTER
Please bring the following documents to the Registration Office at 54 Meadow St., 1st Floor between February 3 - March 14: 1. Childs Birth Certicate or Passport 2. Parent/Guardians January-March 2014 home phone bill, cable bill, light bill, gas bill or lease/mortgage statement which shows parent/guardians name and New Haven address

Fill out a New Haven Public Schools of Choice Application for a Kindergarten Seat in the April 9 Lottery. Applications will be available starting February 3. Pick one up from your local school or from the Magnet/Registration Office or apply online at: www.newhavenmagnetschool.com.

Attend the Kindergarten Fair on Wednesday, February 26 from 6-8pm to meet with 33 individual schools including Magnet, Neighborhood and Charter Elementary Schools as well as representatives from all the city offices listed above. We look forward to seeing you there!
