    "The country recognizes and respect for the law and the traditional right of indigenous people that still alive and in accordance with the development of society and the principle of the Unitary State of Indonesia which is set in law ". (UUD Chapter 18B paragraph 2) Indonesia has a motto Bhineka Tunggal Ika, it means that Indonesia is a big country, lot different of cultures, local languages, and ingenous tribes. Although has a lot of differences, but Indonesian people must be the one. Eventhough the existance of indigenous peoples are recognized and protected in legistation, in fact there are still many cases of the problem of indigenous people. Therefore, Indonesia proposes several ideas that might be contributive for the right of the indigenous people: 1. Promoting and learning the culture, customs, laws, habits, religion and beliefs. In the indigenous communities there are different customs, tradition, local law, which must be respected and respected, though outsiders that it were wrong. Any offense of the customs / law will hurt them, although they did not speak out publicly on the infingrement. Once they get injured, it will be as a stranger for them, so they will be hard to get cooperation 2. Mutual transformation. This step is made for the exchange of knowledge, skills and technologies. The steps could be done as training courses activities such as: law education, tradition, and etc.

    3. Promoting support for the indigenous people. this step is made for recognition and respect for the rights of indigenous peoples against the other party outside of indigenous communities. Even though indigenous groups represent only five percent of the worlds population, they represent 80 percent of the worlds cultural diversity. The Government of Indonesia underlined that all resolutions should not trigger other sentiment or different treatment among members. At the end, Indonesian government believes that the issue of The right of the Indigenous problems already becoming the problem for the entire world and all countries has the same responsibility in resolving the problems.
