I will be traveling by train in the 1920s, since they aren't any cars of what I'm used to. To be completely honest, the train systems, in ew !or" especially, are utterly frightening. ot only are they ric"ety and bumpy, but there is always the uneasiness of pending crime. There is always a threat. I am always scared out of my mind that the trains will be held up by a mafia member. I "now I sound stereotypical, but trust me, it happens often in the 1920s. #hen my life isn't flashing before my eyes on the train systems, I sometimes en$oy myself. It's a time to rela% before I have to get off and out into the dangerous streets. &on't get me wrong, the streets aren't as dangerous as I'm ma"ing them out to be, but when danger is a threat, it gets brutal. 'nyway, the trains are nice on the inside and outside, they are very intricate and elo(uently made. It's always toasty inside because there is always a herd of people ne%t to you wherever you turn. )asically, everyone's body heat "eeps you especially warm. The trains are all routed between ew !or" *ity, +hiladelphia, and 'tlantic *ity. It's (uite convenient, especially for the traveling mobsters.
