CONCEPT
A program that promotes the involvement of local communities, teachers and co-students in special activities and joint use of facilities, equipment, mobilization and expertise.

AIMS
To produce a knowledgeable generation that has excellent spirit and personality, spirit of goodwill and able to take challenges in a whole collective manner.

Four main objectives:

Encourage the participation of local communities, as well as teachers and school staff, pupils from primary to secondary school in special activities together. Create a climate of cooperation, mutual assistance and create an atmosphere of goodwill and organized consciously. Expressing understanding and tolerance between different races in school between pupils. Shared facilities, equipment, energy and expertise to ensure the success of the special activities together.

Integration of programs and activities to be implemented more organized and focused.

Involves the establishment of steering committees MOE level, JPN, PPD, PPG and Schools. Planning and Implementation Strategy based on needs analysis Involves monitoring and reporting at all levels.

Is an expansion efforts, strengthening, and improving existing programs

Old: Implement cluster in primary school. New: Involving schools 'cluster' and 'school' in all primary and secondary schools. Old: Not all states involved. New: Involving all states. Old: Implementation of activities in the curriculum. New: Across all co-curricular and extracurricular.

Rational
Narrow the racial integration gap among students of various races and from different mediums. Students from different schools would get together for sport events and other cocurriculum activities.

Nurture and promote unity and racial integration among students
