    MTNL has charged us Rs.500 and Rs.300 as installation charges. We are using our own Wi-Fi modem. MTNL came and took us the old wired modem that we were using. He told us that no charges will be charged as we are not using MTNL provided modem and there was no installation also by MTNL.

    Dear Sir, We had given application for installation of Wi-Fi modem and requirement of Wi-Fi modem to MTNL for our number 22733215.However later we had put a request NOT to give Wi-Fi modem. Now we are using our own Wi-Fi modem. However Rs. 500 and Rs.300 as installation charges have been charged by MTNL. The person from MTNL came and took us the old wired modem that we were using and he told us that no Wi-Fi modem charges and installation charged will be charged. We also enquired many time on customer care center and your executive told us the we will not be charged for Wi-Fi modem and installation charges as we are not using the MTNL provided modem. However, still Rs.500 for Wi-Fi modem and Rs 300 for installation have been charged by MTNL. I request you to kindly wave off these charges as we are not using MTNL provided modem and there was no installation also by MTNL.
