Antelope Canyon este cel mai vizitat i fotografiat canion din sud vestul SUA i cuprinde 2 seciuni separate Upper Antelope Canyon i Lower Antelope Canyon. Se pare c n ultimii ani a mai fost descoperit un canion similar X-Canyon mult mai interesant din punct de vedere al amatorilor de fotografii.

Culorile sunt foarte interesante, ns calitatea unor fotografii este dat de unghiul razelor de soare care ptrund n interior i lumineaz pereii.

Se pare c cea mai bun perioad de fotografiat este primvara, nu n mijlocul verii. In plus calitatea fotografiilor este invers proporional cu numrul turitilor din grup: cu ct sunt mai muli turiti, cu att sunt fotografiile mai puin reuite.
