Dear, I am Khoa Minh Nguyen, a senior student at School of Industrial Management, Ho Chi Minh city university of Technology. From June 2011 to August 2011, I was participated in internship program in Global Cybersoft Company. During that period, I learnt that SAP ERP solution would bring a lot of benefits to the enterprise, especially Vietnam companies in progress. There are some kinds of benefit such as high quality at low cost, control inventory, optimal resources However, this solution is not popular among Vietnam enterprises. In order to come up with appropriate approach to Vietnam enterprises, GCS should focus on getting to know the need of using SAP ERP solution, find out some common approaching methods, and figure out which one is the most suitable. Definitely, this will help GCS to increase the number of customer in future. Therefore, I have proposed this topic in Vietnamese Evaluate demand of using SAP ERP business solution for the pharmaceutical Vietnam enterprises at Ho Chi Minh city and promote some new approaches and worked on it as my thesis. From September 2011 to January 2012, this thesis is implemented under the supervision of Ms. Anh Kim Nguyen, Master of Industrial Economics at Paris IX Dauphine France, and now a senior professor at School of Industrial Management, Ho Chi Minh city university of Technology. I hope that my thesis can bring several of benefits to your company as follow: Provide some good information to improve your effective activities by evaluating the demands your enterprise.
