Declarations that Gregor Angus Bethune Robertson (Robertson), Andrea Reimer (Reimer), Tim Stevenson (Stevenson), Raymond Louie (Louie), Tony Tang (Tang), Geoffrey Meggs (Meggs), Kerry Jang (Jang), and Heather Deal (Deal), jointly or singularly, failed to disclose a direct, or indirect, pecuniary conflict of interest contrary to sections 141 and 145.3 of the Vancouver Charter, [SBC 1953] Chapter 55 (the Vancouver Charter). 2. Declarations that Robertson, Reimer, Stevenson, Louie, Tang, Meggs, Jang, and Deal, jointly or singularly, either (a) attended a meeting, (b) participated in discussions, (d) attempted to influence voting, and (e) voted on a matter contrary to sections 141 and 145.3 of the Vancouver Charter. 3. Orders that Robertson, Reimer, Stevenson, Louie, Tang, Meggs, Jang, and Deal, jointly or singularly, are disqualified and their respective offices are hereby declared vacant pursuant to section 141 of the Vancouver Charter; 4. Any expenditure authorized by Robertson, Reimer, Stevenson, Louie, Tang, Meggs, Jang, and Deal, jointly or singularly, in relation to the Oakridge were authorized contrary to the Vancouver Charter and Robertson is hereby ordered to repay those amounts; 5. In the alternative, orders that Robertson, Reimer, Stevenson, Louie, Tang, Meggs, Jang, and Deal, jointly or singularly, are in a position of conflict of interest at common law, and that the Court make a declaration to that effect and order that their respective offices are hereby ordered vacant; and, 6. Costs.
