COUNSELING IN FAMILY PLANNING

INTRODUCTION There some problems of human population around the world right now, where there are related to so many aspects including economic, politics, education, gender, health level, culture, and the like. In the Developed countries, the people do not want to increase their children, because of their own choices, for example the need to study, the need of food, the need of having recreation, the need of travelling around the world. On the other hand, in the Underdeveloped countries, the people want to increase their children, because of so many choices, for instances : The need to have labors The low price of children The cultural system The high level of mortality and morbidity etc

DISCUSSION Counselings in FP are including : Age of marriage ==========3-3-3= menikah minimal umur 23 tahun .jarak antar kelahiran sebaiknya minimal 3 tahun, dan umur 33 tahun berhenti beranak. Number of children=========jumlah anak jangan banyak banyak Gender bias========jelas Income =========banyak anak, mgkn income tidak cukup.hasil-hasil penelitian : o Semakin tinggi income, semakin kecil jumlah anak o Semakin rendah income, semakin banyak jumlah anak Education : o The different of sex========= wanita dibatasi agar tidak sekolah tinggi (Negaranegara muslim, negara negara Arab, Jawa di masa lalu,dsb)

Level of education======jerlas Primary school, secondary school ======== jelas, biasanya anak wanita hanya sekolah disini. o etc Occupation : o Permanent job========wanita hanya macak, masak dan manak o Temporary job Space of years between babys born=========Victors saying The different between developed countries, developing countries and underdeveloped countries==========developed countries is western countries, at opposite is the eastern countries= banyak anak Technique of contraception ======INPLANT, IUD, KONDOM, PIL, SUNTIK, KALENDER, COITUS INTERUPTUS,DSB Economic development aspects : o Recreation o Transportation o Having a job o Seeing a fun things o etc ===============BILA PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI TINGGI, MAKA JUMLAH ANAK MENURUN.BILA PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI RENDAH, MAKA JUMLAH ANAK TINGGI. o o

CONCLUSION Giving counseling in Family Planning should beared in mind about many things, including income, number of children, education, gender, age, the space of birth, breastfeeding, age of marriage, nutrition, health services, hospital, contraception, and many others.
