History of present illness Face skewed to the right since 2 months ago . Occurs suddenly on the morning after waking . Previous patient felt dizzy spinning for 4 days , dizziness disappeared after patients take medicine from hospitals Pamekasan Previously sufferers overtime + 15 days . There are currently disorder sufferers to drink , the water out through the tip of the left lip . There is no change in taste or choking when eating / drinking . Left eye could not close perfectly . There is no weakness , numbness or tingling in the hands and feet right or left . Ear not Grebeg - Grebeg , tinnitus . Neck was not stiff . There never was a pimple (bintik) on the face .
