DEFINATION
MARKET ACCESS INITIATIVE is a export promotion scheme envisaged to act as a catalyst to promote India's export on a sustainable basis. The scheme is formulated on focus product focus country approach to evolve specific product through market studies.

PURPOSES OF THE ASSISTANCE


Market Projects Abroad:

Opening of showrooms and warehouses.


Organising Trade festival of India to promote brand India by showcasing our strength in services like health, tourism, culture. National level participation in major international trade fairs. Display in international departmental stores. Publication of world class catalogues.

Capacity building:

Training to indian exporter w.r.t. to export in genral and on specific basis.


Up gradation in laboratories, universities, research institute on stand alone. Quality upgradation of select product for export markets by skill upgradation.

Market Studies:

Market studies for evolving proper marketing strategies.


Export potential surveys of states. Projects or studies which further the objectives of schemes. WTO studies for evolving WTO compatible startegy.
