Neutrofil: Pelger-Huet
Nucleus shape: All neutrofil segmens have stabforms or bisegmented nucleous. This anomaly occurs also in eosinofilik leucosit. The anomaly is of no clinical relevance. The neutrofil leucosit has normal function. Pewarnaan: MGG Perbesaran: x1000

Keterangan: In the inherited Pelger-Huet anomaly the nuclei of all granulosit can divide only once, giving bi-segmented forms. The cell below probably has a bilobulated nucleous, too.

Keterangan: Small vacuoles in a neutrofil leucosit with fine neutrofilik granulation. Also anizocytosis of erithrosit. A single stomatosit and a polychromatofilik cell are seen.
