Advancement Intern, Hillel Schusterman International Center, Washington DC 6/13-8/13 o Cultivated donors who have the capacity to donate between $1,000-$5,000 through solicitation calls, follow up, correspondence, direct mail, and donor customer service. o Researched major donors and prospects in preparation for solicitation meetings. CLIP Intern, Samuel Bronfman Foundation, New York, NY 6/12 8/12 o Managed, researched, and helped with the strategic development of the Second Stage Fund, a grant that enabled post start-ups actualize their transition into the next stage of development. o Obtained internship through the Collegiate Leadership Internship Program (CLIP) a selective program involving seminars that cover topics such as identity and community building, leadership training, and professional development.

Jewish Leadership Council (JLC) Spring 2012 Present o An 8 10 person selective student think-tank that focuses on broad communal issues. o Sit on the Board of Directors. o Manage Pitch Hillel, a program that fundraises from JLC alumni and uses the funds to support innovative student led programming, and Pipelining, an initiative that I co-created to focus on leadership retention. Maryland Hillel Phone-A-Thon Coordinator Fall 2013 o Directed the event, and assembled a board of students who assisted. o Recruited and trained 45 volunteers. Tzedek Fellow 2012 2013 o Served as a liaison between 30 student groups and Hillel Tzedek Fellows, who created local community service opportunities for University of Maryland students. o Participated in a weekly leadership class. Alternative Break Fellow 2011-2012 o Led a community service trip of 10 people to Nicaragua. Included recruitment, advertising, fundraising, and running orientations. o Worked with the American Jewish World Service (AJWS). Vice President, Terrapin Israel Public Affairs Committee (TerPAC) 2011-2012 o Promotes Israeli culture, environmental and technological advances, and humanitarian causes on the University of Maryland campus. o Assisted the TerPAC President in planning, organizing, and executing events on campus.

Alternative Break to Ethiopia January 2013 o Worked at a medical clinic, built a library, and learned about Ethiopian culture. o Travelled with Joint Distribution Committees (JDC) Entwine and the University of Maryland Hillel. Alternative Break to Chicago May 2011 o Volunteered at homeless shelters and arranged food packages.
