Escape

I’m missing proper metal buttons from my ragged military jacket,

Strongly struggle as I scrabble disengage the heavy bracket,
Finally I frolic free from fetters had a hold on me,
Now proudly let loose prisoner prances perfect past the guards still snoring,
See these soporific soldiers lay like boulders coldly holding guns,
Slip my fingers surreptitious past the breastplate slide out scimitar,
Slit their throats and so escape,
Canter down the cobbled corridors of the castle keep on laughing,
Loudly letting go freedom breeding relit lifetime.
