not working, this is one of the shrinking number of games that works perfectly in HDL, but not OPL. after the color sequence I can hear the HDD being accessed, but I simply get a black screen, SOLUTION: maybe But I suspect that your problem is just the same problem I see here when using the PAL version through the SMB core, which also blackscreens if not using 'Mode 6 On'. That mode flag is used to disable the IGR implementation, which this game appears to be 'allergic' against. With IGR disabled the game starts fine, though I can't vouch for how well it works ingame, as I haven't really tested that yet. But at least it is possible to get there with mode 6 set. Partially Works - This is a difficult one to rate. It works for whole game apart from when game crashed once while fighting Odette with Gwendolyn. This was probably due to the sheer number of enemies that appeared on screen at the same time. Partially works. When you choose the character Rikimaru for play, the loading freezes in a white screen, this problem not happens with the other characters. not working, this is one of the shrinking number of games that works perfectly in HDL, but not OPL. after the color sequence I can hear the HDD being accessed, but I simply get a black screen, SOLUTION: maybe But I suspect that your problem is just the same problem I see here when using the PAL version through the SMB core, which also blackscreens if not using 'Mode 6 On'. That mode flag is used to disable the IGR implementation, which this game appears to be 'allergic' against. With IGR disabled the game starts fine, though I can't vouch for how well it works ingame, as I haven't really tested that yet. But at least it is possible to get there with mode 6 set. (Assuming it works the same way in your version of the game, and on the HDD core).My test was made with current beta r385, but if it just is an IGR-allergy then setting mode 6 should fix it for v0.7 too working Working Not Working - Tried All Modes one at a time working (Mode 1 needed) Not working. Partially Works - This is a difficult one to rate. It works for whole game apart from when game crashed once while fighting Odette with Gwendolyn. This was probably due to the sheer number of enemies that appeared on screen at the same time. Partially works. When you choose the character Rikimaru for play, the loading freezes in a white screen, this problem not happens with the other characters. Also, in the bonus level called "Through the Portal" which is only playable with Rikimaru after finish the game, the control movements have a little delay in the response, the light of HD is continuously reading more than the main game, and when you are dead, the game always freezes in a black screen with the light of HD on Works sometimes - no modes, Game Freezes alot during bootup at the Dobly Screen and the Main screen.
