Baked Water Bamboo

Ingredient : 3 cloves garlic, 600g water bamboo Seasoning : 2 tbsp soybean paste Method: 1. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix well with seasoning into a sauce. 2. Rinse water bamboo and peel off the tough skin. Transfer to preheated oven and baked at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve with sauce.
