Atasamentul si doliul perinatal

Rezumat Lucrarea abordeaza un domeniu care traditional a fost in atentia populareai psihologii: atasamentul, afectiunea, instinctul matern. Dupa ce initial problema atsamentului in relatii ( o!lb"# a fost studiata din perspecti$a copilului, ea a fost aborata si in perspectia transgenerationala (de teorie sistemic familiala# iar mai recent din cea a atasamentului parental, care se acti$eaza si se dez$olta prenatal. %n articol e prezentata o cercetare efectuata in acest domeniu in cadrul careia a fost studiat, instrumente standardizate, conditionarile atasamentului prenatal (la &&' mame#, corelatiile acestuia cu conduitele sanatoase ale mamei. A fost abordat si doliul perinatal (la ( mame#, cazuri la care s)a inter$enit prin analiza e*istentiala. +u$inte cheie : teoria atasamentului, transmitere transgenerationala a atasamentului, atasament prenatal, doliu perinatal.

Summary This paper addresses an area that traditionally has been the attention of popular psychology: attachment, affection, maternal instinct. After the initial problem with the attachment relationship (Bowlby) has been studied from the perspective of the child, she was tac led and transgenerational perspective (family system theory) and more recently that of parental attachment, which operates and develops prenatally. The article is presented research done in this field within which the gallery has been studied, standardi!ed tool parts, conditionings prenatal attachment (to ""# mothers), its correlation with mothers$ health behaviors. %e was approached and perinatal bereavement (& mothers), which intervened in cases of e'istential analysis.
