Video calling is first time introduced in Pakistan by our organization . video calling is a unique product which other ( competitors ) dont have . we provide video calling option which is franchise by us from voda phone ( Indian ) company

Source of idea

consumers > consumers are our source of idea there is a need of video calling in market . many consumers want that opportunity in there smart phones but there is no video calling facility in market . So we saw a window of opportunity in a market towards video calling facility that's why we launched that product ...

Method of generating idea

we used brainstorming method to developed our product the brainstorming method allows people to be stimulated to greater creativity by meeting with others and participating in organized group experiences .the brainstorming session should be fun , with no one dominating or inhibiting the discussion .

strategy > Narrow scope strategy


this is a strategy used to reduced risk in narrow scope strategy we offer our product ( video calling ) to a small number of people in a small area . we used narrow scope strategy because if u accrued loss so its well be a small because of small we offered our product to some of our customers .we start our new product in Peshawar city only to see his popularity in a narrow market

Switching cost

This is a mechanism by which customers loyalty is enhanced . reward programs , such as frequent-flyer points with a particular airline , establish for the customers a financial and / or emotional attachment to the first mover we have determined the Switching cost of our product ( 1st 2 months ) free use of video calling
