Comments: This is mostly summary, but I see you working toward analysis, which is good. You need to figure out what your thesis is so that you can start analyzing what Rosen is doing in the article. One way to help this is to do an outline and to group ideas together rather than just summarizing each paragraph sequentially. You need to think about the larger

main ideas that Rosen is trying to tell the reader, not just the ideas in each paragraph. Rosen is building an argument step by stepwhat is that argument and is she doing an effective jobthat is your thesis and YOUR argument. You are not supposed to be analyzing the sources themselves; you are supposed to be analyzing what Rosen is doing with her sources. So the focus of the analysis is on Rosens argument, not on the sources she is using. You need to mention the sources to show what Rosen is doing, how she is advancing her argument, and whether the sources are effective for Rosen to persuade the reader. You have a good foundation to add analysis, so focus on that. Whenever you make a point, say why the author (Rosen) may have included itdoes it advance or make her argument more effective? You have some good material to work with and you should be able to add at least another page.
