Peach Plantation Amenities Rules

(Effective MAY 2012) All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and accept sole responsibility. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool area capacity: 100 people. Pool is protected by 24/7 surveillanceNo Trespassing!!!
1. Only home owners in good standing are allowed to use the pool, playground and clubhouse. This means as a homeowner you must be current on all PPHOA dues., assessments and have not outstanding fines. The homeowner must not be in violation of any Covenant restrictions or ACC Design Standards as evident by the receipt of a Letter of Violation from the PPHOA board and wherein no action has been taken to remedy the violation. Any home owner who is not in good standing (including dependents) may not be the guest of another homeowner. Fines to all involved homeowners will be enforced At all times, homeowners must be in possession of their current, board-issued identification for the season (ID tags, Swipe cards, etc.) when using the amenities. The home owner is responsible for any damage caused by dependents, residents of their home and/or guests. Homeowners are permitted to have a maximum of two guests per household unless prior permission is given from the board. Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner at all times when using any of the amenities. All children, at all times, under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult that is either a parent or legal guardian. Infants and children in diapers must wear swim pants or rubber shorts. The City of Powder Springs noise ordinance rules and regulations must be observed. Voice and music volume may not disturb other residents or adjacent communities. No profanity at any time.

10. No alcohol may be served or consumed by anyone under the age of 21 per Georgia state law. No excessive drinking of alcohol at any time (per the state of Georgia "Public Drunkenness Law"). 11. No drinking of beverages or eating while in the pool. 12. Pool hours are 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M 13. No glass or breakable objects of any sort are allowed in the pool area. 14. The gate must remain closed and locked. (This includes the bathrooms, fence and tennis courts). 15. Running, jumping, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, diving or causing undue disturbance in the pool area is strictly prohibited. Diving is not allowed because the pool is too shallow. Parents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their children whether they are present or not. 16. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the fenced pool area, on the tennis court or inside the clubhouse. If you choose to smoke outside these areas your cigarette butts , matches, pipe tobacco, etc. must be disposed of in a proper manner by you and not left on the ground. 17. No pets in the pool area (or clubhouse) allowed 18. The pool is not available to private parties. Clubhouse rental does not include the use of the pool. 19. Show courtesy to other home owners. If the pool is crowed avoid using rafts, floats or other large objects in the pool. 20. Dispose of your own trash before you leave. If it does not fit into the garbage can, you must take it with you. Violators of the above rules will be asked to leave the pool area immediately. Please review these rules with your family so that everyone will have a safe and enjoyable summer. Thank you!!!!
