KETENTUAN PEMBAYARAN :
1. Booking Fee dibayarkan pada saat pemesanan rumah, akan HANGUS apabila realisasi DP1 lebih dari 5 hari
2. Booking Fee akan HANGUS 100% apabila terjadi pembatalan dari pihak Bank atau dari manapun
3. Sisa pembayaran kewajiban, dibayarkan sesuai jadwal yg telah ditentukan dalam surat pemesanan rumah (SPR)
(Apabila terjadi pembatalan, BF HANGUS 100% DP yang sudah masuk dikenakan Potongan 50% sesuai dengan SPR)
4. Harga jual rumah dan spesifikasi bangunan tidak mengikat, sewaktu - waktu dpt berubah tanpa pemberitahuan lebih dulu
5. Pengembang tidak menjamin disetujuinya proses KPR, pembeli bersedia menambah DP bila diminta oleh Bank.
6. Pembeli harus mencari alternatif pembiayaan tambah DP sendiri.
7. Perubahan bangunan atau penambahan bangunan Rp. 2.200.000,-/M2 Ditambah biaya penyesuaian IMB
8. Harga Tanah Rp. 1.200.000/M2
