-To produce a strong poled magnetic flux, insulated conductor is closely wounded between one another until the flux lines around each conductor merge and thus produce a strong polarized magnetic flux. -The direction of magnetic flux and current flow can be determined using the Right Hand Rule. -The thumb represents the direction of the n- pole and the fingers represent the direction of current flow.
