Community Spring Semester 2014

ecently we celebrated Earth day, and since it was a special holiday, the

whole third grade planned out a funfilled field trip. Galloway elementary school is directly in front of a park, so as a grade level we decided to celebrate Earth day in style. As a class we all walked together to the park were we picked up trash and admired all the planets and animals we saw. Students wrote down all their observations in their Earth Day folder. To finish off, field trip students were allowed to play on the playground and field while teachers and parent volunteers prepared a picnic for the students.
