For approximately a year, I have been working for a family providing childcare services for their four year old daughter. My tasks include playtime, providing the child with a snack and sometimes dinner (upon request of parent), school work/ homework, and bathing. Through this job I have gained a great deal of responsibility and have become more aware of the needs and wants of a child. 2013 Little Rainbow Inc. (Daycare) Lead Teacher I currently work at Little Rainbow as the lead teacher for the toddler room. I write daily lesson plans, and prepare daily art and creativity lessons. I have a daily Circle Time to encourage the childrens development. I try my best to create an environment geared toward personal growth, learning, and education.
