    April 30 Nehemiah 2:1-5 Just a thought: What Nehemiah did was risky.

    . It was the job of the kings servants to keep their problems out of the throne room. Nehemiah was supposed to smile, no matter how much it hurt. But he took a chance, and God blessed his transparency. How do I say this? I hope that the next time someone takes a chance to be transparent with me, I wont expect smiles. I will honor the truth, and discern how I can help. Prayer: Lord, remind me of the importance of the quick prayers that reach your heart and guide our lives.
