Dear Larry Walker: As a long-time admirer of the outstanding work that your organization has done in the community, I particularly enjoyed having the opportunity to see how you function from the inside. As you indicated during our employees meeting, our company has grown to a point where it needs to dramatically enhance its productivity so that it can continue to serve effectively. This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work you requested, including objectives, procedures, identification of responsibilities, and estimated fees. OBJECTIVE Implement a new, unified, system that our employees can use to quickly install TVs and Stereo systems in order to maximize our productivity. Train our employees in this new system to make them the best installers in the area, in order to increase business. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Procedures A. Assist in planning of implementation of new installation system. B. Recommend steps required to successfully implement new system. C. Write up the complete new employee manual instruction the installers of the new system that they will use everyday. Training and Testing A. Work with you and your staff during the implementation process to help the employees gain a general understanding of the system. B. Put the employees in a short training program in which they will learn the proper and quick way to install every item we carry in the store.
