Comments: I consider myself intermediate to advanced in several of the competencies in SDA. A lot of the coursework in the majority of classes is focused on theoretical frameworks, historical foundations of student affairs and research, which are areas that I didnt have strong competency before the start of this program. he learning outcomes where I feel I have had the most growth would be! During my time in SDA, I may not have had the opportunity to really demonstrate competency in these areas so I imagine that once I begin full time work, I will be able to develop these skills even more.
