A The audience includes their peers and teacher who are acting as a group of local government representatives and citizens who are looking for more efficient ways to solve local problems in the community
S Today the new generation understands how fast technology can spread new ideas, and when working together collectively greater ideas can be produced and bigger problems solved. As members of their local communities students will work to identify local problems they have observed which they think need to be solved in a more efficient manner. Elaborate/ Extend - Edit/write final copy of Proposal to be handed in and possibly sent outside to community -Develop an App Icon image identifying your unique idea
- A proposal template will be provided for students to use to record their idea/plan - Students will be informed how their civic app proposal idea might be shared with local MLA representative or City of Calgary
Evaluate Students will use the provided Checklist to work with their partner and assess if their proposal has all the sections filled in appropriately - Set a due date for when project needs to be handed in - Review expectations for what areas are important/worth more marks
