42 1. Bidder to note that chain pulley block shall be of Plain trolley suspended, hand chain operated type.
43 The hook shall be of Shank, Swiveling type with latch.
44 2. Bidder to note that all material of construction shall be selected such that they are suitable for
45 the project site conditions of maximum and minimum temperature of 115 F and 37F respectively.
46 Bidder to also note that the environment is subjected to harsh desert environment & sand storm.
47 All parts and equipment shall be capable to operate in the above condition without any malfunction.
48 3. Bidder to follow latest edition of all the codes and standards applicable.
49 4. Bidder shall indicate all the dimensions as required in the table above.
50 5. The required data are the minimum required data that shall be provided and confirmed by the Bidder.
51 Any additional data that may be required to complete the data sheet shall be furnished by Bidder
52 on separate sheet along with the proposal.
53 6. Bidder shall provide Manuacturer Standard Inspection & Test Plan along with the bid proposal.
54 7. Bidder to specify the design code that will be followed for the equipment along with the safety
55 factor that shall be used for all parts.
56 8. Bidder to provide an optional quote for hoist of 1 ton load also.
57 9. Bidder to note thatoperational test shall be done without any load, however load test of the
58 equipment shall also be done at 125% of rated load.
59 10. All necessary auxiliaries and ancilaries required for the completeness of the system shall be
60 provided.
